I dunno. Never had a problem with any of the real popular food trucks out here. They move around and serve so much food that the shits gotta be fresh.

The little taco truck that is in the same place everyday with very little business is one that I would be worried about.

i guess...but i have a hard enough time trusting regular restaurants that are supposed "A" restaurants.   and when you get paid what you do in the food industry, id imagine itd be pretty hard to give a fuck about cleanliness and proper food handling....have you seen kitchen nightmares?  lol
