Fuck him. For one, he's a loser for paying for a hooker in the first place. If youre a grown man, you know the rules to the game. If you fuck with a female under 18...you can very well be held responsible. Whether you KNEW it, or not. We all know this shit. Its common knowledge at this point. The crime is sleeping with an underage girl....saying you didnt know, doesnt change the criminal act. It's more like going to an 21 and over club and sleeping with a 17 year old and then getting caught. Prostitution is legal where he got caught. Or another example is going to the bunny ranch and fucking a girl there that turns out she fooled the people there with identification and is actually 17.

not really tho. Cus he wasnt picked up for prostitution. Its for sleeping with an underage girl. So prostitution is just as legal as grocery shopping. If he met her at the grocery store and fucked her...it would be a crime even if he didnt know. Not to mention (correct me if im wrong), but it seems as if once he knew...he kept fuckin her? lol
