It's more like going to an 21 and over club and sleeping with a 17 year old and then getting caught. Prostitution is legal where he got caught. Or another example is going to the bunny ranch and fucking a girl there that turns out she fooled the people there with identification and is actually 17.

He can't get picked up for prostitution because it's legal. Somehow she is the one that got caught for being underage and a prostitute. Ribery shouldn't be the one in trouble, it's either the girl herself for lying to make money or whoever hired her knowing she was underage. What about all the other dudes that hired her?

I know he cant get picked up for soliciting prostitution. Thats what I was saying. The fact that she is a prostitute is irelevant because it is legal there. Its the fact that he had sex with an underaged girl. Regardless of her profession...place where they met...ANYthing. The crime still remains. Now if he is smart...he should just completely deny it. Unless he had sex with her VERY recently, she wont be able to prove that he did. And she is 18 now, so even if they proved he had sex with her recently...so what. Its not a crime now.
My point is that you dont need to KNOW a girl is under 18 in order for the crime to still be committed.

What I'm saying is that this happens all the time without any prosecution because really how can you send Ribery to jail and not prosecute all the other dudes? That's being discriminatory against famous people. If i hop into a taxi, and it turns out this driver doesn't even have a license and then he gets into an accident. If I knew beforehand that he didn't have a license, I wouldn't have hopped in. But how am I supposed to know that, if he's driving a taxi which I assume they hire someone that has a license.

Because in your example, the DRIVER is breaking the law. Not you. In his example, HE is breaking the law by having sex with a minor. Its not always about whats FAIR, its about what IS. And when we know the rules to the game...fair or not...its still our responsibility to protect ourselves. He is famous, yes. There are prices to pay that come along with that...as well as a TON of benefits to it. He has benefitted far more than he has suffered from it. The fact that the chick was a prostitute changes NOTHING. He had sex with a minor. When you hire a prostitute...legal or not, you (as a person who has common sense) knows that there are risks.
