If you are talking about real freestyles like Supernat and MC Juice then I've never even considered him in that league. He's never even won any battles as far as I know.

If you are talking about just being straight lyrical on some pre-written freestyles, he could've made the top 20 in his prime. But I've never considered him the best. There are others who are just monsters. Put him in with a label of gangsta rappers and he's obviously going to stand out since he was probably the only one on Death Row who could actually freestyle. But comparing him to NYs finest is another matter.
