Damn there's a lot to choose from!  I'm surprised 2Pac wasn't listed but I wouldn't have voted for him anyway.  I went with Snoop because to me he's the most unique in terms of voice and flow.  There is no one like him in the rap game and he's immediately recognisable to hardcore, casual and non hip-hop fans alike. 
You could also make a case fo RBX because he has a unique way of rapping too.

Were' talking about UNIQUENESS, not bars, blah blah, UNIQUENESS, why ain't he up there? Some doesn't even belong there in context of being unique.

read the thread. How many times do I gotta point out that Snoop's entire style and mannerisms were stolen from others? And Snoop is still winning? This forum is a joke as far as knowing what unique means.

i had to go with hammer his whole image and stage show,branding,pants,dances hell even one of his flows ie adams family hook was tookin but flo-rida and he had a number 1 hit with it with roung and round yell
