iPod /ituns hep

Can any one tell me how to make it so when I plug my iPod n my pc that it loads different songs on every time. Everytime it feels it with music it puts the same songs on it.  I have 8g iPod

Don't see it all I see is automatically fill free space with music  and every time I click it it feels my iPod with the same songs.  The mix is getting old lol

I got 40gigs on music would take forever.  I just want ituns to pick songs for me and fill my iPod. Every time I do it it adds the same songs on

There's a "only synchronize selected songs" option, use that
