lol 50 cent is pop, yet i still listen to some of his songs, so there's your answer.
R&B isn't really my thing, so there's not much of it on my playlist.

it's not a secret however, that i appreciate 50's 'street' music more than anything else he puts out: that doesn't mean i hate everything else he makes.
but songs like 'baby by me' annoy me, yes.

anyway, as far as subject matter in general, do you really want to go there?
