His uncle is Chocolate, the cat who produced "Ice Ice Baby." Chocolate and DOC have been really tight for over 20 years now, so DOC always knew Slim when he was growin' up as a kid because he is Chocolate's nephew. Now Chocolate [and his production partner] DJ Silk are signed to Aftermath as producers. It's all one big family.

look, if he says he bought a 2.5 million dollar house I'll believe him, but I think its pretty clear he didn't get all that money through Aftermath. They wouldn't spend 2.5 million dollars on a rapper who doesn't even have any buzz yet, much less one from the west coast when we all know west coast rappers don't get any mainstream love and don't really have a chance to sell many records. Also take into account that if you buy an expensive house, surely you have more if you plan on keeping the house. I'm wondering what this guy does on the side, or who knows, maybe his "uncle" has a boatload of money stashed away and gave him some of it.

Aftermath doesn't hand out millions, they sure didn't for anyone else who was signed so why would they throw millions at Slim? You're acting like he's your homeboy, if he was then you would know how he got his money. All I'm wondering is what his dayjob is that he would have that much money to spend.
