I'd still call it a tremendous reach to say Spider's involvement with G-Unit was based off Game. To my recollection, he was officially signed when Young Buck was dropping his first solo. 50's efforts at that time were in pushing Game as the first Westcoast act out of G-Unit. Being that Game and Spider had history before that, he would have been an odd choice as someone to bring down Game.
