But i have a bad feeling that this is Dre's insecurity at work... he probably took no chances with this album and just picked 2 radio singles and 8 other songs he thought everyone would like... the fact is that Dre's weakness as a producer is his fear of taking chances.

but 8 minutes tracks tho, i can't co-sign with that unless the songs Morph from 1 thing 2 the next on every track.  now that shit would be amazing, plus it's never really been done b4.  i read somewhere there was somebody who did something like that for this 1 album but i 4got who it was and it definitely wasn't a hiphop album lol.  good shit tho my nigg, that was on point.

but back 2 tha 8 minutes thing.  that would be a pretty miticulous and damn near impossible task to pull off for rap music unless 3 or 5 minutes of the track was str8 instrumental and it would actually have 2 be good.  but idk, u saying that actually makes me wanna try 2 make an 8 minute song 2 c how it works out.

Dre reads reviews and the negative things critics said about 2001 was that there were too many tracks, so some of them were so-so filler and the album would have been much tighter if he'd trimmed it down to just the best tracks

Chronic 2001 is the only perfect album ever made! I LOVE every song on that album!
