I would guess, but I would think Soda is gotta be at the top of the list, if you're gonna choose one drink that's bad for you to go in on every single day.

I stick to water/juice. I have a pop like once or twice a week when I go out. Right now I'm buying juice mix packets. They do have some sugar in them though.
