Well i do talk to him on facebook.....by email and on the phone quite a lot .......but nothing is happenin......i just asked him if he could give me a few tracks so i can get his name out there again or to leak some tracks i got that are fuckin off the hook (god its hard keepin these for my ears only!lol) so awaiting wat he says..........

Just gonna chime in with a few things.

The whole reason the website was changed was because it was going to be centered around the radio show and blog based updates. I had the site re-designed simply to cater to those needs for Tha Realest, making it simple for the radio show host to update the site (updating on Flash consistently would have been very tedious). As Phil stated above, the person who was going to update the site has flat out disappeared. Which goes back to everything I've said...this man's career has been stunted by flaky people and situations, and you can say what you want about me and his site but I've never been flaky on dude. The way my life is situated now, I honestly have zero time to put good effort into a website for Tha Realest or any other artist, but I refuse to leave Realest in the cold like that. I didn't have to get a new design going to cater to the "new website update team", but I did. Now they're flaking on him like always.

There's something else I wanted to address: lack of updates is 100% not on me. I have reached out several times to get updates going, and I've repeatedly been given the same response of "just get the video out right now, we'll have some shit when the album gets a drop date." This includes as recent as last week. So to say I put no effort or don't care is absolutely ridiculous - otherwise there would be NO website up right now, nor for the past 8 years. I've defended myself several times, and Phil - I've never done anything in public but praise your efforts in helping Tha Realest, so please don't use this as a discussion to attack me and my efforts over the years. If you contacted Tha Realest and he told you he's pissed about website updates, I can guarantee you it isn't because of me or my efforts, because he knows I've reached out several times over the past month, and he knows I'm just a phonecall away when it's time to get some updates out. These are the facts and everyone here can choose to believe them or not, it doesn't effect me. I just felt the need to come out and address this, because the statements y'all are making insinuate that Tha Realest is unprofessional and hires unprofessional people. Just from the fact that this dude has had a website consistently up for 8 years, with hundreds of audio pieces made possible simply from that website shows that we've kept it as professional as we can with no major or even independent backing until 2009.

If you have any comments, concerns, requests, simply e-mail tha_realestcom@hotmail.com and we'll try to accomodate you. But as of right now, Tha Realest is finalizing his guest list for his second album, "Remember My Name", hopeful to drop in November. As I've always stated over the years, when the news, info, and audio comes, it will not be hidden! We will reveal it. I have no reason to hide things from anyone, or more importantly, stunt this man's career.

Oh nah, you're not getting called out here, E. Just the whole general situation and the individuals that stunted Realest after this past release. Everyone here knows you've contributed to a lot to Realest web presence, along with Phil and Young Thug here.

Man so many different stories.......Makes me wanna say that i cant be fucked with this anymore......but like you Cal, i dont wanna turn my back on Real too.........I honestly believe he is one of the most talented artists on the planet and i am dedicated in trying to get his name known on a global basis......


Please dont think im the only Realest fan that thinks all this.....I get many emails, many messages on Facebook, and on msn asking about updates and i just dont know what to tell them anymore.....


Was only yest that i asked Realest if there was something, ANYTHING that he could send me so i could get his name going again on the internet......and all i get back is ''Ill send you something''.....And Cal im sure you get the same which is really not productive cuz you know you aint gonna get anything.......I even sent him a step by step guide on how to upload stuff to the net and nothing..........

Suppose wat im saying is that its a shame Realest and his label aint as serious about his career as what we are...........trouble is.......we aint gonna be around forever to do all this

Not because of a site but rather because of lack of informations about his latest moves etc.

It's really weird that fans gotta search the net for 'news' such as what kind of songs by other rappers he's been featured lately etc. and bring those kind of informations to the public FIRST cause his staff or Realest himself ain't able to do it.. not very 'professional' move if you ask me.
