to me id say E-40...he sounds the most comfortable over a south beat more than any other west coast cat that i can think of...plus he has good chemisty with south rappers...when i hear him with Ska Face Al Kapone, 8Ball & MJG, Lil Jon, UGK, Cash Money, Master P, Pastor Troy  etc...he comes off without a hitch...he sounds less forced than Snoop or Dime...Short is close so is B-La...
