Raging Bull, hands down, is his best work. Followed by Taxi Driver.

Raging Bull is quite possibly his best work. He got so deep into that fuccin role the real Jake LaMotta almost lost his identity. I still say his best movie is GoodFellas.

Then there's two movies I have to mention. First there is Midnight Run, a movie that actually made it to the guinness book of records for most f bombs. It's a pretty stupid movie but the dialogue and the performances by the actors are very good.

The second one is A Bronx Tale which De Niro directed. I need to get that shit on DVD.

Anyone that I know that has seen the Deer Hunter says that it's there favorite movie, so I'd fo sho try that. I've seen parts and it's pretty messed up. And Analyze This is really mindless, so you could easily just sit through it and probably rewatch it. Old people think it's real funny.
