THE 2ND GUY CONFESSES EVERYTHING TO THE COPS AFTER A LONG INTERROGATION.
(KEEP IN MIND THE COPS HAD NO EVIDENCE, ALL CIRCUMSTANTIAL.)

2ND GUY CLAIMED HE DIDN'T KNOW HIS FRIEND WOULD PULL THE TRIGGER.
THE PLAN WAS JUST A SIMPLE ROBBERY.

WELL WITH THAT CONFESSION, THEY CHARGED HIM WITH 1ST DEGREE MURDER.

THE GUY THAT SHOT THE VICTIM WAS INTERROGATED FOR 3 MINUTES AND RELEASED AFTER HE ASKED FOR A LAWYER.
THEY HAD NO EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM AND HE'S OUT FREE.

LOL AND GET THIS, IN FLORIDA AN ACCOMPLICE'S TESTIMONY CAN'T BE USED AGAINST A PARTNER IN CRIME
THE GUY THAT DIDN'T SHOOT GOT 30 YEARS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT HE WAS 18 YEARS OLD.
