IMO snoop was right. Sets with the Crips and Blood already differ within the city it's self. A New York Crip won't be able to come out here and Bang with the Set out here. It's just because the way they do things is different. Different sets have different ways to make Members, or how they run there set. It's just how it is. Even gangs who show love to each other all over the nation, will still have problems. I dunno about that man. A fashion accessory? Maybe when youre watchin rappers on TV who try to ride the coattails of bonifed gangstas for clout. But in my city they still bang. Its not late 80's/early 90's shit. But its still Bloodin and Crippin. And I know up in LA its the same.
