Fatal wasn't Pac's bitch, Pac was just the leader of the crew.  Fatal had made it very clear in interviews that their job as the Outlawz was to back Pac up in any circumstance, whether a physical confrontation or on wax.  He has a very clear understanding of the street mentality and accepted the role, and getting disciplined if you mess up comes with the territory, but it doesn't make you a bitch.  Think of how when you played in team sports back in the day, you were going to either run laps or something that wasn't going to be fun if you screwed up during practice.

Regarding the other members, Fatal is on good terms with them, but there were a few times, particularly when he was locked up, when he didn't have the best things to say about them.  While he did back them up because they were part of the same crew, he expressed A LOT of dissatisfaction with how the Outlawz handled the Vegas situation, stating that they weren't around Pac when he had stepped to Orlando, and how they weren't really trying to protect him after the squabble and also how they didn't even chase the car that shot at Suge and Pac.  Obviously the Outlawz weren't happy about Fatal saying that (even though it was true), and of course they put out that song "Loyalty" (on their Novakane album), but they later patched things up once Fatal got released.

It's not really complicated.  You already know why.  Pac snuffed him at the MGM, and Orlando (and his crew) could do nothing else BUT retaliate with a vengeance.  While Pac was indeed a celebrity, one who rolled with a lot of known Compton Pirus, he wasn't untouchable on a street level, while Orlando himself wasn't untouchable either but he was a ranking gang member who had pull, even at 22.  Yes, it was ballsy for him to step to Orlando (which definitely earned him some points with Suge's entourage), but it wasn't smart.  In an interview before, Fatal made it clear that that was why Pac got killed, and he understood why, once saying that if it were him who got stomped out like Orlando, he would've done the exact same thing, even if it were "Bill Gates," as he said.

But the reason why Pac stepped to him wasn't solely some Piru-related beef for him snatching Travon's chain at the Lakewood Mall a few months prior.  It was still partially Death Row-related in the sense that the rumors circulating were that Puffy (who was known to hire South Side Compton Crips to provide security for Bad Boy when in California) was the one behind the $10,000 bounty on Death Row chains, which was supposedly the main reason why Orlando snatched the chain in the first place (aside from not being happy with all of the Death Row-affiliated Compton Pirus paid by Suge flaunting their toys).
