this album wasn't announced three years ago. Last year probably.

It's not a change of album name. The music for Knoc's Ville & Book of Knoc are different. Both those albums are completely done. I'd say only two songs off Book of Knoc were taken off to be put on Knoc's Ville (Sorry I Left You & Theme Music). Besides that, two completely different albums.
