There are a lot of body builders that don't use steroids.
They build there muscles completely naturally.

For example Jeff willet.

Last week i saw a documentary about a journalist that changed his life routine regarding food and working out.
He didn't use steroids, only natural products and his body changed.

Has anybody seen it also.
