If you had Rondo and Garnett you'd still have faith.

I'm talking the guy who just scored 40 plus tonight in basketball, not baseball.

I guess I'll always root for JG since he was on the Sonics their last year and left OKC. Good to see him playing well again after that tough situation last year.

This I had as a potential lose, so I will say this is a great win for the Heat.

saw the whole game, cleveland was up 27 and let it slip away...heat had a chance to lose on the final possession. huge chokejob by the cavs, tho.

Cleveland is cursed, its too long to explain.  All the coming close to winning big games & not winning is not a coincidence.  Its sad cause they suffered enough.  Even Boston broke their baseball, hockey & basketball curses.  And the chowds there have done some evil things 2 deserve a long curse.  And did anyone see the fan who ran onto the court  :grumpy:  When I heard that, I thought it might have been a pissed off fan cause Lebron is still hated in N.E. Ohio.

yea, i seen that...i think the turning point of the game was the officials review on the foul that they were contemplating ruling a clear path. once they called it a regular foul out-of-bounds, u could feel the moment shifting. 2 free throws plus the ball woulda put it at 29, i believe, with cleveland having possession, shit woulda been devastating. but the call of a regular foul gave miami hope....

also, the fact that shaun livingston got a technical foul was vital. without that tech, cleveland woulda been tied at 96-96 with the final possession. i guess miami's doin it right. i originally said they'd lose to either cleveland, boston, chicago, or san antonio...boston and cleveland both had the games in their hand..now it's down to chicago or san antoinio, and i'll be shocked if they don't lose one of those 2.

So with that said, I don't see Boston beating the Heat, they'll still be too hot. But I think they get upset by either the Cavs or the Pistons. If they actually do make it to 25 in a row, then the Bulls WILL end the streak at 26.

I think the Heat are starting to cool off, they are having a ton of close games lately and it's just a matte of time before the streak ends. I thought for sure the Cavs beat them because the Heat would come in unprepared and the Cavs would have that LeBron home crowd going for them. With that said, there is a ton of room for the Heat to have a huge let down against the Pistons tomorrow. If not it's up to the Bulls.
