Yeah, I think I prefer No Limit Top Dogg to Last Meal... I only really like Bitch Please on NLTD, but I don't really love anything from Last Meal, I don't really rate the Dre tracks on that highly on Last Meal. And both seem to be mostly filler and a bit lazy.

Paid the Cost and R&G have tracks I do really like, even though they seem to get bad comments on here for being kinda sell-out, which I can understand, but I think there's only like a couple of obvious big singles on both, and they're not that bad.

I like From the Chuuch, Suited and Booted, Pimp Slapped, Lollipop (the beat at least), and the DJ Premier tracks on Paid the Cost.
Actually, looking at the tracklist again for R&G, it's pretty bad, haha, though the Bidness is dope, and the Neptunes tracks are ok.

I rate Doggfather and BCT way higher than those two though

Da Game Is To Be... is easily his worst album, to me. The beats are so horrifically cheap that it's practically unlistenable.

He was still selling well, 2 mill I think, because everyone assumed Doggfather might have just been a misstep and that he'd return to Doggystyle form on Da Game... plus Master P was huge at the time, so it had a lot of buzz on it, and it was a surprising move at the time that he went off DR and moved to No Limit

No Limit did come up with some nice beats on some of their albums, but Da Game had just horrible beats, like really really cheap fake G-Funk beats

Yeah, but back then if there was a buzz, and there was a big buzz for it, people ran out and got the album just so they could listen to it and have an opinion on it (not like now where people just download it). Same with 50's second album - it sold a lot of first week because people liked the first album, so they didn't know if the second one was wack or not until AFTER they bought it already
