DJ Quik - Balance and Options (Outro)
« on: September 14, 2010, 09:34:07 PM »
ok so i was listening to this classic record all day today, and when i do that i always find myself replaying the outro just because i LOVE the beat sooooo much. who else thinks Quik should have made a full song, or at least a longer instrumental of that shit?? i straight up can't stop thinking about that synth line on that track  8)

Quik is the king of the outro, case and point being the last minute or so of 'Let You Havit'.  I could listen to that looped for eternity it's that good.

another one that could add to list is Game's Hard Liquor on LAX. Shit pumps u up when working out, then suddenly it fades away.

I don't have the album with me, but I think it is the 4th or 5th song and they bleep out something he says.  Does anyone know what that was, or why it was cut out?

the outro is sick..someone looped it a few years ago so it was twice as long..sounds real good.   I still play it on repeat

good outro and there is some realy good beats on this. I bumped it a lot!!!!

Now with that said album is not a hip hop classic nor is it a westcoast classic.
