Well he's only written basically 4 and 1 of them was the Players Club (That and Straight Outta L.A. are the only ones directed). Honestly aside from him picking roles in movies which are crappy, He's done Alright (The 2 main faulty fuck ups would be the Are we There Yet series). When it comes to the Gritty shit, he seems to do alright. Honestly I'd prefer it to be like 8-Mile, gritty. My worse fears that the movie takes after or resembling any of the following: Get Rich, Notorious. Anything Washed down would be utter bullshit. If they want to be successful make it realistic. Don't make it about some "we can change the world" bullshit that Notorious did.Seriously Notorious sucked major ass. They have biggie say "if we gonna change the world, we gotta change ourselves" and what follows is nothing more then a Montage of Sex, Drugs, Violence against his Wife, Disses. lol Seriously what a fucking failure. I mean it was so god damn Generic. The N.W.A Movie can't afford a generic type of deal. None of em expected N.W.A to be this big of a deal or anything that came after words (Death Row, The Chronic, G-Funk Era for example).lol honestly what I really hope is they have it Realistic, they don't portray Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, DJ Yella as some super Gangsters given there past. More so I'd want them 2 show there Original roots and to there ORIGINAL Album. Seriously, these niggaz were gonna rule the rap game, help define the West Coast Rap style and look and in that picture they don't look like anything u'd see on the shit that made em succesfull (nearly what 1 year later lol).lol I mean wouldn't u want 2 actually see how they were BEFORE the N.W.A and shit influnced that shit. They stated in multiple interviews, they weren't the bangers, Didn't drink 40oz (like pictured above), or do any of that shit. I mean all they did was copy the gangster life style.just my thoughts though. Honestly It could go either way.
