Halladay might have locked up Cy Young

Just tossed a CG 2 hit shutout.

NL leader in WAR, WPA, CG, IP, ShO, K/BB, xFIP and of course the all important W (voters like that stat for some reason)
And I'm sure top 5 in every other category.  Plus he tossed a perfect game and his team has the best record in the league.  He's got it.
