Actually Game, WC and Cube would be a dope group. Just don't name it WSCG. The original WSCG I gave up on a looooong time ago.

How about just WCG West Connection Gang. Essentially it could be a platform for multiple West Artist (with 3 main artist) sorta like Gorrillaz has main members and then multiple people helping.It would be a good way to unite the Westcoast. Every Artist participates and puts in work 4 a track. Then they release a Mixtape containing the Entire west Coast Roster with the dopest west cost Producers producing the dopest west coast production style there is (Not necessary or automatically a G-Funk album)


The West Connection Could essentially be the new embodiment of WSC. Basically no Bullshit South or East Influnce, just west coast style for every nigga who's been riding with the West Coast. Essentially like WSC it's Fuck everyone hating or aint down with the W holding the crown.  Niggaz used 2 Bow Down 2 the west, now where in so much dourest niggaz won't even tattoo shit in Olde English or Speak on  the shit.


It's a damn shame. The main Artist could obviously be NEW artist (Not Olde School, or Semi-Old School, this would be a new group they'd need New Faces to keep pushing the West acts forward).

So I'm thinking Young Maylay, Nispsey Husttle, and Planet Asia as the main stars, backed by Production by Quick, Daz, Kurupt and Muggz (Who work together not just do separate tracks this ensures the Albums tone, sound and vibe is all connected and not all over the place).

The main members would release albums, but the band it's self because a essentially a huge gathering for West Coast Artist to shine via Mixtapes.


The idea it's self isn't implausible, if the OGs and BGs can put there differences aside, The West could actually accumulate into a thriving side again. The West would have a new group to be the face of the west return (Sorta like how G-Unit was New York 4 awhile or D-12 was Detroit's Group Face). The OGs problem with the New West would be Solved (New West would have to prove themselves) and the New West would get the help it needs (OGs show support, but are not giving a hand out).

Honestly  I think the West needs more MCs with the War Mentality built in em. 2pac had that shit, and New York was shook. We need another group or act  who has that same mentality and can make all the right decisions.

You make alot of good points. That mentality was one of the main reasons Cube got another big push with WSC. I mean Lethal Injection was a little bit more mellow than his previous albums but to come back with Bow Down was dope. I guess for me I was hoping for a more take charge, tackle the issues, political Cube and for the most part Raw Footage did that and LNCL. But I think if Cube REALLY is interested in making impactful music, which he still can, he needs to get his team together and focus on making that cohesive album. Whether it is Hallway, Budda, etc on the beats and Lench Mob assisting. That is why I think a group album would get those competitive vibes flowing again. You can't help but do that rapping with WC. Add a Game or Maylay to that and you could be on to something.

At the very least/most I believe game does deserve a guest spot (Possibly a skit). He's essentially the only West Act with any attention on the main level. I do not believe he needs to be part of the Group though. I mean his Name dropping rhymes styles are fucking inferior, His Flow while good on some tracks is crap compared to Cube and especially WCs (Who IMO had the best flow on WSC because its his style). He'd just be a weaker replacement for Mack 10. Young Maylay shows Promise though, at the very least he wouldn't be doing constant name dropping.


Only problem with Game is he'd destroy the image of the group with his Bi-Polar feud with 50. WSC stance would be a plain fuck you to New York, 50 and all the club mainstream bullshit, just listen to Terrorist threats, all there shit was on point. Game may represent the West, but the way he does it is so fucking back tracking and mixed up it's basically an exercise of irrelevance and stupidity. Which is why if he was a Member he'd totally fuck up the stigma around the group.

Ice Cube and WC would be good even if it's just them, but a Third member would help balance out the songs. I mean if they can combine the Rough roughed sounds of Bow Down with the Banging Terrorist Threats sound, then I'm sure there next album would dope.

Ice Cube  though would have to improve his lyrical game a tad.What I've heard off I am The West (which I am a fan of) he's 2 busy explaining it fully. Where is in his earlier work, he'd bust the rhyme if u got it u got it if u didn't well get some knowledge then. Someone should post 2 Cube see if he'd be willing to develop another WSC album.

I mean WSC and N.W.A are basically the only 2 groups I've seen where Cube does that gangsta shit 2 the max and does it best. Much as I loved Lethal Injection, LNCL. Compared to his work in N.W.A (Including the reunion track) and WSC. He works best via group efforts.
