See, I thought birds could live maddd long like that.

I think the bird is a Parakeet. And I was giving it human bread, like I'd rip a piece off and she'd pick at it.

Of all things and of all people, it had to be the bird. :'( :'(

She had bird food, but my moms switched up the brand, I doubt that matters, but yeah, white bread, and Italian bread, she'd barely eat it though, just a few bites like. The bird ain't even ours, that's why I know shit bout them. She used to talk and whistle, but than she stopped, I assumed from missing her real owner. Than she stopped whistling too. I fuckin' knew something was up, becuz her feathers was kinda spread open, and apart like, and she was letting me pet her, than I thought she was dancing, cuz she was moving her head up and down, cuz that's what the owner used to make her do to music, so I saw her doing that today and I thought she was coming out her depression, but I came home and she was laying at the bottom of the cage, I feel sick. :'(

I don't got a bird but from what you say I don't think it was the bread. How long did you have it? These birds can die from loneliness. But honestly, I don't know too much about the topic.

The guy had it for like 6 years, and of course, we get it for like maybe A year, and the thing goes..

Thank God, cuz I don't want it to the bread..

I appreciate it though!

we keep the bird by the window too and we put a towel/blanket over it on these cold michigan nights.

the wierdest thing about my bird is that it periodically lays eggs.

unfertilized dormant eggs but still it lays eggs somewhat frequently.

i didnt know it was possible.

if u try to get near the eggs the bird goes OFF!

but if you dont remove them they rot...they are about the size of a robin egg, id need to save eggs for months to make an omelette out of that shit.
