I've been catching up on a bunch of older movies that slipped out of my viewing.

Saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind the other day. Another great film. Also saw Once Upon A Time In America......too long and abstract for my taste.

I watched it fir the first time a couple of months ago and really admired the way Kubrick shot it and found the usage of music to be flawless, but aside from that, I didn't really think much of it.But I rarely like war movies (I usually avoid watching them really)

maate, this is easily in my top 3 war films.. the scene with the lady sniper is so raw. them viet cong were ruthless.

also "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" is such a good film, definatley overlooked.. what about garden state, you seen that?

Actually saw Garden State in theaters. Great movie.

Platoon was pretty good too. I might have to give that movie another chance because I saw it a long time ago.

Never seen FMJ or Spotless, but I'm downloading 'em as we speak. There's a gang of shit that I never bothered watching and I sometimes find myself scrolling through the decades. Ice T ain't got shit on James Cagney.
