Need some help with identifying a group.

I remember this cut from back in the 90s,  straight west coast beat,  hook went, "I'm so........smooth".  I'm pretty sure "Smooth" was in the title somewhere and since its been so long since I've heard it, I can't remember the name of it, or who made it.

Any help is appreciated.
