Star of Eddie Murphy’s ‘Norbitt’, US comic Katt Williams releases his three hit DVDs here in the UK on 6th December 2010 via PIAS Comedy. Named ‘hottest new comedian’ by Rolling Stone, Katt has been touring the comedy circuit in the USA for many years, becoming a staple comic force on the BET Network.

‘American Hustle’ is a theatrical comedy with special appearances by Entourage star Jeremy Piven plus award winning Hip-Hop stars Ludacris and Snoop Dogg. The story revolves around Katt returning to his comedic roots when Katt is offered the opportunity to become a major Hollywood Player, but there is the inevitable catch – he has to sell out by appearing a musical penguin film. He ditches the opportunity, round up his crew and hits the road for a wild cross-country comedy tour.

Filmed at the historic Constitution Hall in Washington DC, ‘It’s Pimpin’Pimpin’’ is a stand-up show that delivers Katt’s outrageous thoughts on everything from politics and religion to relationships and events. Katt’s blend of unique charm and street savvy advice will have you in stitches.

‘Katt Williams: Pimp Chronicles Pt.1’ shows Katt drawing on his own personal experiences and observations, giving his edgy take on life. First aired as an HBO special in 2006  and features guest appearances from Hip-Hop stars Cam’ron, Lil’ Jon, Snoop Dogg, Andre 3000 [Outkast] and Da Brat. With over 8 million viewers, the show was the highest rated special on the HBO Network at the time.

Katt is the original Hip-Hop comedian, receiving praise from artists such as Snoop Dogg and Master P, both stating that Katt is ‘the next Richard Pryor’. Katt has appeared in various TV shows and films such as Nick Cannon’s ‘Wild n’ Out’ [MTV], ‘Epic Movie’ and ‘Norbit’.
