its cause their servers were hosted in the US. no site posting less than legitimate links or whatever should get hosting in the US if they know what's good for 'em.

 Saw this today.  I hadn't been there in a long time and just decided to go there on a whim and saw that seizure notice.  Pretty crazy stuff.  So what exactly is that going to mean?  Are the feds going after individual members or just the people who owned the site?

they were smart and backed the forum up incase something like this ever happened then they used overseas hosting to be exempt from us laws.
