Dre Needs to Change his Delivery

Dr. Dre's new style on all the tracks I've heard so far he just sounds like he's trying to rap like he's Eminem or Jay-Z.  He is mixing Miami electronic beats with the West Coast tempo and style, which is unique and cool, however, his rapping just doesn't do it anymore.  He tries to sounds like an uptempo intellectual emcee on his newer stuff and it's not intimidating at all.  He needs to change his voice back and become more intimidating like he does with some of his other songs.

What really brought Dre to the limelight was not only his production but his rapping was off the hook because he had a raw mean delivery.  He needs to rap more like he did on "Dre Day," "Nuthin but A G Thang," "Let Me Ride," and "Keep Their Heads Ringin."

Compare his flow from N.W.A. days, to The Chronic ones, 2001, and then nowadays.. u still stand that its someone else's flow?

i agree that dre has started sounded wierd lately (i first recognized it on hell breaks loose though ironically his flow on that has grown on me), but yeah...DRE's rappin on 2001 is very smooth and tight and i wish he could go back to that. I bumped the whole album the other day and all of his verses are nice!

His verse on "I need a Doctor" sounds forced but his verse on Kush is straight.

i dont really care, dre got one of the best deliveries in the game if you ask me.
On Crack a Bottle for example his verse was really good if you ask me
