yeah its not a bad song...just mediocore which is what snoop has been delivering for quite some time now either garbage or mediocore songs.

 Gotta say second listen whilst sippin a beer song sounded better.
 I didnt like new years eve at first but now i think its a cool track and shit after finding wet HORRIBLE iam starting to kinda like that too. Although i think the chicks in the music video may have something to do with that^^; The base is crazy though.
 Smooth music as mentioned.
