REVIS & ASOMUGHA! I would masterbate for the entire season.

It wont happen though. Unless Aso wants to take on a huge paycut from what the Raiders will offer him. The Raiders are on the rise right now, and if they throw him the kind of money they have in the past...it might be hard for him to go anywhere else. Al Davis loves Asomugha, he will probably do everything to keep him and Seymour. I'm more concerned that we wont be able to find a way to keep players like Gallery and Michael Bush.

Aso has made his money - I think he wants to go to a winner.  Whether it's the Jets or not is the question....he already has said in several interviews he'd love to play with Revis.

lol the Raiders showed this year they arent too far from being a playoff team. Im sure no one would be shocked to see them in the playoffs next year. The Jets are a wildcard team, not exactly a great team. He isnt gonna go to a team that wont offer him the kind of money he deserves unless maybe it was some dominant team. He would only want to play with Revis...or another good Corner so that maybe some passes would come his way and he could have some opportunities at a few picks.

Actually with Wies leaving and Rivera gone from SD I almost expect the Raiders to make win the division next year. I still don't like Campbell as QB but the West is up for grabs next year unless McDaniels goes to KC, which isn't looking likely right now. Carson Palmer would be a dream come true as a trade right now. He works very well with young WRs that aren't divas. And if Vince Young isn't brought in himself and ends up in Buffalo I'd look to get Fitz. He's a great mix of Campbell and Gadkowski. You'll see more INTs with him, but a lot more TDs as well.

I see the raiders regressing, no first round pick, aso won't be back and Tom cable gone. I see them as a 6-10 team next season. Thier run d is just so atrocious

You are more than likely completely in the minority there..

Aso very likely could be back. The Raiders will put up a ton of money to keep him, other teams might not. Al Davis loves him, and made him the richest corner in the league at one point. Cable was a good locker room guy Im sure, but if we promote Hue Jackson I think we will be better off. Hue Jackson was going to be a head coach somewhere if we dont make him one. The Run D needs work, which is mainly our Linebackers. We actually played ok against the run, but would give up one big run. We bottled up running backs like Chris Johnson, MJD, etc....but then gave up one big play to inflate their numbers. Our front four is clearly as good as anyone in the league though. If we regress next year it will be a shock to most. Most analyst were predicting either 7-9 or 8-8 this year for us. I predicted 8-8. We are a young team still developing. One bad #1 pick at QB can take a franchise years to turn around. If you watched them play this year, and I watched every game...they are a completely different team. From what they did to Denver....to what they did to Seattle the following week....to beating the Chargers twice (the second game we dominated them)....to beating KC twice (the second game we dominated them).
