you have a point but it's not even about Brick Squad because I like SOME songs they put out, it's just the factor that Hootie is still capable of more than he is doing right now musically... but you're right there will be members on here who will hate just because of the affiliation, not me though

as far as E-40's label I honestly don't really listen to any of his artists other than B-Legit, Turf Talk, or Laroo lol

Lol 40 was just an example but to be completely honest about Hootie i heard he`s been doin his thing 4 six years even tho im only aware of 2andaHalf and a third of it was with Brick Squad and i liked mostly every feature.  I cant wait to hear this because Hootie is tite and he`s got potential, he knows how to control his Bompton talk and thats what makes him ight, from wat i kno he doesnt over due it.  But Hootie`s nice enuf 2 fix whatever mistakes he has now and he cant just easily fall off like that.

There's been loads of artists from the west signed to labels with artists people on here consider wack. Like Roccett to Rick Ross, Tyga to Lil Wayne, 211 to Young Jeezy, G. Malone to Birdman, Spider Loc & 40 Glocc to 50 Cent and ain't none of them blown up. Hootie's next, at least this'll get his name out there though.

Yeah of course they signed em to tap into that West Coast market but thats not all what its about at tha end of tha day.  But i agree, creating a sub label just for artists from California and attaching ``west`` on tha end of it iz hellagay.
