What's this sick westcoast track called ? Need your help

On the Daddy V - The Compton OG album, Track 4 is called 'Westcoast mix/Westcoast Enterlude'. Track 4 has a lot of small samples of popular westcoast anthems on it. You can download a sample of the track below:

I know all the samples on the track except the one that starts at about 48 seconds. (The track soundz sick. There's this brotha that sais the following on an eerie track: ''if i catch you slipping on that corner yuse a gonner killafornia '') Does anybody know the name of the artist and track. Please help a brotha out.
