I am sure he will be back in he NFL come next season...the questions is, where do you think he will end up? I am going with my Ravens.

Anywhere but the Colts. They have a strict no trading for any talent what so ever policy. The Ravens are stacked enough as it is. I'd expect him back in NYG though but I could see the Cowboys making a play for him, the Raiders too.

If I were the Panthers I'd draft Newton or Blaine, whoever they think is better then sign Plax and Randy and run two deep pass routes only for WRs. Use them to stretch the field and have the rest of the offense play run, only TEs in there for blocking purposes, and of course Steve Smith to run his normal routes. So a 3 WR set on most every play with everyone else in there blocking. Moss and Plax may not get many catches but the ones they do get will be for big yards, and expect a lot of big runs all season.

I'd just as easily recommend this plan for Cleveland but with Holmgren he'd want a complicated pass system. Rivera is a defense guy, so just hire a power run OC and tell Plax and Moss to just run fly routes all day. You could even rotate them on every few plays so they don't get tired.

I won't believe that until I see it. We'll have a lockdown eventually but it'll be when business is starting to slide and the owners need to cut back. There is way too much money to be lost this coming season for any owner to hold out for too long. Worst case scenario they just open up the try outs for undrafted guys and CFLers and let it play that way. The ratings and ticket sales will still be higher than any other sport, outside of college football bowl games and the players will cave mid season.

I've said before it's not a QB league it's a coach and system league and when the exact same teams that usually win are still winning with back ups, except the Colts who will go 0-55 with out Manning, I will be proven right.

Most QBs would suck on that team unless they brought in a new OC and new line coach. It's an offense that relies to heavy on quick reads and even quicker releases. And no run game to have to respect. Even Joe Montana would look like shit on that team some days. The only QBs that could come in and make that team a playoff contender are Roth and Vick, because they can extend the play. Manning, and Marino, are the only pocket QBs that could take that team, as is (coaches and players), to the playoffs.
