Dr. Dre is known for being a producer, so why isnt he producing on Detox?

He produced both Chronic and 2001. So why is Detox full of pop producers? This is strange, this won't be a real Dre album?

yo Octo hook us up with that T.I. track with Hi-Tek beat which only leaked as snippet. Someone else already used the beat so I don't think Dre will be using it.
