The Suge Knight Vs. Kanye West court saga is finally laid to rest…



Suge Knight has decided to drop his appeal in a lawsuit filed against Kanye West stemming from a shooting that occurred at a party thrown by Yeezy in 2005.

According to the Associated Press, both Knight and ’Ye have agreed to settle court costs.

As previously reported, the Death Row Records co-founder sought millions of dollars from Mr. West after being shot at the rap superstar’s pre -VMA party in Miami Beach, back in August 2005. Knight accused Kanye of poor security. The case was thrown out for lack of evidence last November, but Suge appealed the verdict a month later, only to recently drop the suit altogether
