Grr .... Is the U.K getting ur money converted ? i can't remember ... we are .. it sucks lol ...

My dad just went out and bought a bag of euros .. u can get it from the bank to what they look like ...

i was all looking at him like "u bought a bag of money  ??? ??? ???"

anyway ... its really confusing ... i thought it would just be like euros and cent .. but its like u can get a coin thats worth 2 euros .. and all the coins look the same !

plus its real annoying when ur shopping i bought the blueprint for £16.99 average price for a cd .. but it then has in euros( and it doesn't even have the symbol for this i my keyboard in euro :eur 21.57 which makes it sound really expensive .. lol  i don't even know how many cents is in one euro but i think it one hundred ..
so if i was buying a cd .. thats like £21 ... it will come up as eur : 27 which sounds mad expensive but it really won't be ..

aghhhhhhhh Is this annoying anyone esle but me?  lol

i don't get why they feel the neeed to make europeon currency...it should stay the same....oh well i guess other countries are getting lazy and don't want to keep converting money....lol


anyways i'd be PISSSED off as hell if they made north american currency ....

  • Portugal?

On Jan 1st 2002 THe European Coinage Will Become Usable (Up To Now Only Notes And Cheques Were Used)

All Old Currency (Irish Punt, French Franc) Is Phased Out By The End Of Feb


However Briatin Has Stayed Out To Try To Achieve Figures To Match The EU Guidelines And Guage Public Opinion

Then There Will Be A 'Referendum' On The Decision


Knowing 'Labour' And 'Tony Blair' We Will End Up In This Shit Called The 'Single European Currency'

:( two weeks left till the euro is here... but for 1year you can still pay wit marks (germany). i dunno if its SUCH a good idea but i guess well get used to it...
