lol @ new boyz, and other garbage some people in this thread have quoted. I'd have to say:

Brotha Lynch Hung - A Dinner & a Movie ~ Was a solid album despite a lot of skits, but even at that, you can listen to the skits
Tha Realest - Witness Tha Realest ~ Before initial thought, it contained great production, and a surprisingly solid album, with very few skipable tracks. Wasn't expecting that, and actually shat on a lot of other bigger releases that year


Blaqkout to me was alright with the possibility to be a great album, and actually had a couple of superb songs, but overall as a full album, it was pretty weak IMO, and left you feeling like it wasn't full enough. Jupiter's Critic And The Mind Of Mars (wtf is this trash about) was just a waste of a song, and could have been replaced with something really good. What U Wanna Do is another track, that appears on the album TWICE. That's 3 slots right there wasted, Exodus - another song with - unlike the rest - a good beat, but wasted with shytty raps, and quick ramblings. So replacing those 4 songs could have made this album a sure master piece. It's like a good meal being served to you, but someone sneezes over it, even though there isn't much slime that lands on the food, it's enough to put you off. Same with this album
