You can't change a man like that, when you live in it then you gotta do what you gotta do to get out. I lived it it and got my ass out but I still visit almost everyday. Wether I make it big or not I still will be back.I don't have a grip now and i still be on the blocc hangin out, buyin food, drank & smoke for the homies. So the w0rd I got is that some 60's had a problem with Nip bringing DJ Quik to the hood & him naming some peeps on the Marathon and they didn't like it, went up to his spot & smacked him up. WHen this happened the cops showed up, one of the dudes pulled out a gun shot at the cops but missed. I can not verify this story but that is what I was told. I may be the average Joe now but I grew up on them streets and I did my dirt. I was blued out, khakied and teed at one time. I stilll got that in me some what and I am there with all my peeps so.
