yeah I agree "My Medicine" is a dope cut, and the production on this album is top notch.  Like most Snoop albums, the tracklist could have been cut to about 15 tracks and the overall impressions of this album would be much better.

Last Week i was working a night shift and i put that album on, i realized reaaaally fast that this albums is easly a 3.5/10

[Stan]

This album was wack and is "generally" considered one of Snoop's weakest albums.  Hardcore Doggy fans may like it just cuz its Snoop but it was pretty watery.  Snoop's fatal flaw on his ablums is always too many tracks.  Cut out 30% and you could have a solid album.

there were a few tracks that were meh but the good outweighs the bad with this album, sure it wasn't Snoop's traditional sound especially heeling off BCT but it was still good musically and there were some really dope cuts

I mean, how can anybody say anything bad about these songs? I understood why people disliked MIW but with Ego Trippin I think people just wanted that "gangsta" album and it didn't happen

I agree. Snoop makes good albums. The only one I consider weak is R&G, but some people really like it.

Btw if you put the OG tracklisting together of Ego Trippin the album is ever better. It's a shame stuff got changed last minute..

 I quite got intro it for a bit. If i remember it was dope as fuck for about 10 or so tracks in a row but then it was just all over the place and the songs just didnt fit together at all. Plus some of the worst Snoop songs ever were on there. Like "why did you leave me" i mean wtf???
 Bonus track was pretty weak also. But yeah there are some great tracks on it.
