Holy shit 2018 is only 7 years away. I feel old as fuck

Anyone remember an x-raided interview from around 02-04 where he said the guy that committed the murder he was accused of had confessed? He sounded confident he would be released but I don't remember hearing anything since. Doesn't make sense for the guilty person and the innocent person to both be in jail for the same murder.

I would not grant him parole if I was sitting on the other side of the table. Certain things are inexcusable.

And according to your cool rap name, suckers cant see that you are.  :D

If indeed he is innocent, then he doesn't need to be granted parole. He needs a pardon. The asinine opinion would be the one that supports an innocent man staying in jail until his parole hearing. Until he is declared innocent however, he is guilty of murder and that should require life in prison.

damn, you're smart!...no, muthafucka, he is not guilty until declared innocent. he is only guilty if he is actually guilty. the system is bullshit, and there's a good chance he could be innocent and still remain in jail. unfortunately, you don't seem to understand the system, so let me explain it to you...if they know he is innocent, but choose to ignore it, there's a chance that his innocence could be the deciding factor in granting his parole. easier for the faulty ass "justice" system than granting a pardon. btw, do u work for the us government?

Well, I think he's still in there because he was an accomplice.  I don't remember but he either went inside the home or stayed outside.  Either way, they still see it as him being involved.

this nigga was an accomplice to a crime and then rapped about the situation in a song for the feds. Even if he didn't pull the trigger, the nigga deserves life in prison for pure stupidity. And the nigga who pulled the trigger should shoot his stupid ass for snitching.

Yup.  I'm pretty sure that even if the guy who did it confesses that doesn't mean people who were involved get off scott-free. I don't know the specifics of this particular case but from what I've read, he claims to have been an accomplice in that he was there but not the trigger man. If you and your friends break into a person's home and murder them, you're still held accountable for that murder. You might not get as harsh a sentence as the guy who did the physical killing but you are still a contributing factor in it. I mean, if a group of people break into a loved one's home and murder them, you want them all to do time, not just the guy who pulled the trigger.
