Snoop shows all the hataz he can still be gangsta & at the same time introspective (& rap about other topics than his faves like bitches, hoez & sluts, or smoking & puffin on blunts, buddha & kush, or straight crippin! Beat is basic yet effective, even the hook comes correct though it ain't Nate, & the video is the vivid illustration of Snoop's inner reflections & recollections, & it doesn't even have to be "big budget"! Big up to Dah Dah once again!

(Somewhat reminds me of Kurupt's "I Didn't Change" in spirit.)

This being said, when it comes to hooks, for West Coast artits, why bring the Akons, the Marty James (no diss to anyone) or whoever else you can name when we have the BEST in the game STILL! With Kokane, Butch Cassidy, Suga Free or Jelly Roll?
