Anyone know if Quik is planning on releasing a hard copy of the mixtape like he did with Trauma? Downloading it for free is cool (I'm listening to it right now at work) but I would rather buy the cd with the artwork and add it to my Quik collection.
we'll be printing up a limited amount of these mixtapes as hard copies too.. look out.

This was a real cool-ass release. It served its purpose. I'm officially hyped for "Book Of David". I'd buy a hard copy when they put them out.
Loved the mixtape, and all the stories. If you're like me, and were banging your head against a wall for an hour straight replaying the first few seconds of "Boogie Til You Conk Out" and trying to figure out where you've heard that sample before, it was also used in Mase's "Do You Wanna Get Money" (the first track on the "Harlem World" album) - http://new.music.yahoo.com/mase/albums/harlem-world--159729685And the actual sampled track is Peter Brown - "Do You Wanna Get Funky With Me" -
Actually, can somebody just upload those new songs for me and others who don't wanna download the whole shit?
