No disrespect to Ms. Civil at all but I've never even heard of her and she got a job doing what I've been doing for 10 years now (almost).  I don't want to sound like a hater at all or bitter (or anything under that umbrella) but I know I can do what she's doing and more.  Nobody uses Tumblr and everybody has a Twitter so what she has going for her isn't something that can't be accomplished in 2 days.  Matter of fact I might go get a jug of gasoline and surround myself with gas and set it on fire in front of The White House with 2 BeatBox speakers and 2 iPods hooked up to it and blast "The Revolution Won't Be Televised" on repeat and speak over it with a microphone saying "The Revolution is Televised" and tell people how.  Send it WorldStar with a direct link to my site and get a couple views and have people click on my site.  Once they get to my site it will be a Ode to Dr. Dre and The Ruthless Family Tree and Landmark acts that have been on Interscope Records.  I can do it!
