 1 - Kendrick Lamar (not even need to comment)
 2 - Schoolboy Q (Setbacks showed his lyrical ability to the extreme)
 3 - Kurupt (his verse on Blow My Horn, Impossible, Killin Me Softly let the top 5 yet)
 4 - 'Don Kennedy (why? Don Kennedy Original Mixtape)
 5 - KK of 2nd II None (for a hiatus and back with incredible verses in Quik TBOD)

E-40 - I don't like all the beats he uses but his flow is still the shit & unique
WC - New album is the shit and he still spittin like he always does
Kurupt - The feature I've heard him of lately seem like he has his spark back
Snoop - I'll get some hate but Snoops new album has some classics on it

Brotha Lynch Hung - Bizzare, odd, either way he's unique, and unlike any of these fashion rappers like Ya Boy, and other dime a dozen rappers out there
XL Middleton - His smooth sound, is what comes to mind when thinking of West Coast. Takes feedback well, and has a smooth flow against his own work

Would have put Crooked I, and Rass Kass on the list, but these 2 are what comes to mind
