Just made my purchase on Amazon, hoping that it arrives soon considering all the holiday business coming up in the UK.

That's one thing I envy about the US, being able to go straight to your local record shop to pick up shit.  I'm willing to bet that there isn't a single store in the UK that stocks any of DJ Quik's albums.

Indeed. DJ Quik is a US artist with national distrubution. You can't even buy the album at the European iTunes store. It's a shame...

Now that I got the album I was finally able to make my own version of The Book of David. I included "G Shit" and the "Boogie Till You Conk Out Remix" at the end of the album. I also split The End? into 3 parts, so the end of the album track list looks like this...

16. The End? Intro ft. Garry Shider
17. The End?
18. Quik's Groove 9
19. G-Shit (Bonus)
20. Boogie Till You Conk Out Remix ft. Ice Cube (Bonus)

Track 16 plays a whole lot better now that I can skip through Garry Shider's The End? Intro, The End? and Quik's Groove 9; it was a pain in the ass to have to fast forward several minutes at a time to get to the part I wanted to listen to. I was going to take out the couple of tracks that I'm not really feeling but I just left them in just to have more Quik music on there but if those unreleased tracks that we've all heard in the videos ever get released in good quality those couple of tracks are gone and I'm making a better version. From what I noticed there were 3 tracks that were not included on the album but were heard in the videos, is that correct?

I agree, I'd kill to be able to pop down to my local store and pick up these albums. Hopefully mine will arrive from amazon before the weekend.
