LMAO .. i'm from saudi arabia that's dookh or midwakh it's pretty legal , I smoke it in my car , next to check points .. haha it's not illegal it's quite legal , it's a weird kind of pure crushed blended tobaco , it's NOT dangerous at all you just put it in the pipe take three puffs and enjoy.
