Kurupt has got worse over time, he is prehaps one of the rappers who has fallen off the most.

One who I think have improved over time:
Tray Dee
DJ Quik
2 Pac did
Soopafly

Thats all I can think of.

Pac got better with almost every album.....7 Day Theory is mind blowing.

Em is getting better too, though I still think the MMLP is a step down overall from the SSLP. Eminem Show is his best to date IMO.

Gang Starr gets better with every release too.

Tray Dee, definately

The first guy that popped to my mind was King T.  He was tight back in the day, but man, he took it to ANOTHER LEVEL with "Thy Kingdom Come", as well as, he probably had one of the dopest verses on The Chronic 2001 "I'm Comin' Straight Outta COMPTON, wit a loose cannon! I smoke Big Green, Call Me Bruce Banna! Watch Ya Mannas....."  LOL god he's awesome.  Much better than he used to be, and we ain't heard much from him since, but it's all been dope as hell.

DJ Quik gets better with time.

Daz is better, in my opinion, on the mic.  I like his older beats, though.

The D.O.C.

Just Kidding, LOL.

Willie Nelson, does he count?

Warren G, is nicer on the mic now than he was before.  Beats aren't quite as good, but rhymes are.

Am I forgetting something but have we heard very little if anything from Kurupt since his last album? (not counting the lastest Tha Dogg Pound album)

Even though alot of people have been saying 2Pac I feel his best album was "All Eyez On Me", but I would definately say he got better lyrically with every album.

I also agree with Quik.

And I don't know if this really counts, but I feel Nas went from great (Illmatic, It Was Written) to good (I Am) to pretty bad (Nastradamus) then back to great (Stillmatic, The Lost Tapes, God's Son).

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.
